Smart Book 3 includes both English and Chinese capabilities for phones with the right languages in ROM. It costs $20 and supports both PRC and TXT formats. Details via msmobiles. Also see info on the Smartphone.net site. I have not tried this program, but felt it might be of interest to some of my Asian readers. Any opinions?
My Chinese is nonexistent, so I’ll be tolerant of the English in this description from Smartphones.net: “The view of characters is absolutely clear which enables you study your work without any difficulties. The most impressive function is Underline which helps your reading viewed row by row regularly, but it will not let you get lost where you’ve studied. If you have the difficulty to read the small characters, try Smart Book! Change the font or size freely and enjoy a pleasant reading.”
