Bottom line? The Tab will be a real contender in the “small” end of the tablet market. It looks nice, feels nice, is fast, has a great display, does Flash and, even without the phone functionality, will have access to the Android Market, and will come with Android 2.2. A WiFi-only version will be available later this year.
Pricing: Samsung, like with the Galaxy S, refused to comment on pricing. “Its a carrier decision.” Like the Galaxy S, the Tab will be available through AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.
I recorded the presentation for you. I had to break it into two parts for uploading reasons. Here is part 1, which includes a Flash presentation by Adobe’s Chief Technical Officer:
Here is part 2, with a discussion of more features:

Thanks for this report with very good pics, Paul.
I think I may want one — depending on the $$$.
Does this mean that the Galaxy S will require a (multi-year) contract with a mobile carrier?
raja99: I presume you mean the Galaxy Tab, and it’s unknown at this time. They could always work out a deal like Apple did with the iPad, just buy time by the month. That’s why, I suspect, voice functionality has been left out.
