According to Publishing Perspectives, Thalia, Germany’s largest book chain, is launching a dedicated ereader in October. Further details will be announced at IFA in Berlin on September 4.

The initiative will also carry over into 18 of Thalia’s bookstores, where multimedia displays will allow customers to record their thoughts on the future of reading via video.
