Ebooks are on the rise and an average ebook reader (like I am) may feel overwhelmed with the amount of information and variety of new sources coming every day.

I was looking for a web page with a simple directory of all useful ebook links. I didn’t find it, so I created one. It’s available from Explore button on the left side of a top navigation bar, next to Home.

Don’t expect a highly advanced algorithm to bring all the data from all the web servers into one place, no it’s not like that. Explore page is a hand-picked directory of pages and links, grouped into easy to explore stacks.

What’s so special about it? It simply collects information of different nature. You can go to Ebook News stack to have a quick look at recent news from top sites: TeleRead, eBookNewser, The Digital Reader, Publishing Perspectives and Good E-reader. That’s certainly enough to give you a scope of what’s new in ebook world. No need to jump from one site to another (and get distracted) to find a topic you’re interested in.

A different story is if you’re looking for a book. Want to know current Kindle bestsellers? Click on Bestsellers button. What about best indie books? They are Indie Bestsellers. Those two lists are refreshed every hour. You can find them in Kindle Store, sure, but it’s not easy as they are not available from home page. Same problem applies to many other sections: Kindle Daily Deal, Kindle Books for $3.99 or Less, you name it.

Want to have a directory of such sections? With RSS feeds, if they are available? Here it is – Kindle Store RSS.

There are more useful links in the Explore section, so please do not hesitate to check it out and bookmark (Ctrl+D) if you want to come here frequently.
