Consumer Reports: Sony Reader could be good substitute for shoppers unable to get Kindles

If you want an E Ink gizmo now—rather than wait for the Kindle, currently sold out—the Sony PRS-505 might be a good choice at $100 less.

So says the Consumer Reports blog in Electronic Books: The reality for this holiday season.
