According to many reports, Amazon will start selling the Kindle at Target’s flagship store in downtown Minneapolis and in its 102 stores in South Florida. There will be no discount off the list price of $259.
I can’t find any indication of when, or if, the Kindle will be available at other Target locations.
The Kindle will be available in more Target store as the year goes on. They’ll be slowly rolling them out, but there’s no official word on exactly how many or what percentage of Target stores they’ll be found in by year’s end.
