edge.jpegThe capital-letter-challenged enTourage eDGe has cut deals with McGraw Hill, Oxford University Press, John Wiley & Sons and the e-learning platform Blackboard. McGraw will make 100 of its higher education titles available and Oxford will license the Oxford American College Dictionary.

I wonder, though, about the cost. The Edge costs about $500 and isn’t it a huge burden on students, who mostly already own laptops, to make them purchase a special purpose machine like this. More details here.
