That’s what IntoMobile is saying.  According to them the info comes from a Staples pre-ordering circular.

The Nexus 7 looks like the best small tablet out there.  I have one on order and will report when it comes in.  The Nexus, combined with the iPad, makes the ideal ereading combo – at least until Apple comes out with a smaller tablet.
