“The University of New Orleans, Southern University at New Orleans and Dillard, Loyola, Tulane and Xavier universities will each receive access to about 10,000 e-books on science, technology and medicine from Springer Science+Business Media.” – New Orleans Times-Picayune, which says access will be worth $1 million and be perpetual.
