Quick Note: Waterstone’s cuts price of Sony Reader

The price of the Sony Pocket Edition has been cut to £99.99. This makes it the cheapest ereader in the UK market. Originally the unit was priced at at £179.

The Bookseller says that Waterstone’s wouldn’t comment on the price drop, but it is seen as a response to the wi-fi version of the Kindle which is now being priced at £109 in the UK.
