Bookseller + Publisher is reporting:
Starting this month, ‘most of Scribe’s new-release titles will also be available as e-books’, said the publisher in a statement.
Scribe has launched its list with new-release titles I Say Tomato (Katie Wall), The Authenticity Hoax (Andrew Potter) and The End of Wall Street (Roger Lowenstein), as well as selected backlist titles including Cate Kennedy’s short story collection Dark Roots, Wordwatching by Julian Burnside, Future Files (Richard Watson) and Climate Code Red (David Spratt & Philip Sutton).
The books will be available ‘in the first instance’ from ebooks.com, but the publisher will be ‘entering into sales and distributions arrangements with other organisations in the near future’.
