“Unnatural States” – a new multimedia novel

I received this press release and it looked different enough that I thought I would share it with you. Any of the working definitions we have for “publishing” are certainly out of date. You can find Nicola Furlong’s novel here. Now the press release:

Using a unique, online storytelling platform, called a QUILLR ™, the controversial suspense story is told using a combination of mashed up media. Possibly the “…future of content,” suggests Joe Wikert of Publishing 2020. The text is punctuated throughout with video clips and photographs of actors recreating the characters and scenes.
