Oxford Handbooks, that bring together scholars from worldwide scholars to discuss research and the latest thinking on a range of major topics, will be available online from September 2009.

Oxford University Press has announced to make available the complete text of 65 peer reviewed handbooks comprising over 2,000 essays within 4 subject modules. The Handbooks contain specially-commissioned essays with referencing to further reading, and provides relevant information for scholars, advanced students and practitioners.

Starting September, Oxford Handbooks Online (OHO) will offer complete, searchable texts of the print editions of Handbooks across subject areas such as politics, philosophy, religion, and business and management. New Handbooks titles will be added regularly as they are published in print, and the site will also expand to include new subject areas.
