How-to: Take Screenshots in Kindle Touch

If you frequently visit Ebook Friendly for Kindle tips, you must have seen beautiful screenshots on how-to posts about the Kindle Touch.

Some time ago the eBook Reader Blog shared a genuinely simple trick on how to make screenshots on Kindle Touch, and if you’re blogger who wants to show screen actions/content from this specific device, you’ll love the advice.

Take a screenshot in the Kindle Touch

1. Hold the home button for a couple of seconds.

2. While still holding the button, tap once anywhere on the screen, then release the button.

To get the screenshots, connect the Kindle to your computer, open the disc, and they should be available right in the main folder. They are gif files, starting with “screenshot_”.
