TeleRead’s move to speedier server to start at 10 p.m. on a snowy winter night

If all goes well, FullThrottle Development will begin TeleRead’s move to a speedier server at around 10 p.m. Washington, D.C., time. Once the maintenance notice is up, please delay comments until FullThrottle is done—so your words survive the move. I’m just guessing that the move will take several hours.
Adding to the thrills, the Washington, D.C., area is due for up to 16 inches of snow, and the electricity just may fail in the Inner Sanctum of the TeleBlog. Oh, the suspense! Stop by and see what we’re up to—or not. Not sure what the snow forecast is in New Jersey, Co-Editor’s Paul Biba’s turf.
The picture: No belligerence implied—just speed. The SR-71 Blackbird is the fastest air-breathing jet piloted by a human. Fittingly, it’s flying over snow and ice.

Best of luck with the transfer!
It’s history now. I can’t recommend FullThrottle highly enough: I’ve NEVER had a site move go so smoothly, which is incredible, considering how complex the TeleRead site is these days. Thanks for your good wishes, Cat! David
