Technorati as a not-so-reliable ‘utility’

If Technorati is “a new public utility,” why is its tagging operation filtering out legitimate blogs like TeleRead’s? What are the legal implications? I won’t sue–I don’t see a case here–but others might if Technorati’s influence grows. So far Technorati has ignored my request to restore the TeleBlog to “ebooks.”
