doberman In their zeal, our anti-spam Dobermanns sometimes gobble up valuable comments from TeleRead community members, so please e-mail us yours if they don’t show up. Often we can retrieve ‘em from the Dobes’ stomachs.

Sometimes the server may just burp.That’s what apparently happened today, and several legit comments might have gotten lost.

These problems are hardly unique to the TeleBlog and in fact are common with many WordPress installations, especially at this time when spammers are getting more clever and when we need to fight them aggressively.

E-mail lost the "lost" comments to paulkbiba NOSPAM gmail.com, with a cc to me at dr NOSPAM teleread.com.

Note from Paul: In order to prevent spam all first time comments must be approved by the editors. If you are a first time commenter and you don’t see your comment, just wait a bit and it will appear when David or I have the chance to do a review. We do this several times a day. After the first comment is approved you won’t need any approval in the future.
