Kevin Ham owns a $300M empire based on the buying and selling of domain names, and now he sees himself as a media tycoon, too.
A fervent Christian, he’s hiring more than 150 designers, journalists and others to flesh out Religion.com. Will this be a trend? Yet more competition for the old media—already competing with Google, Yahoo and the rest for ad dollars?
The title of a Business 2.0 piece on Ham is a bit over the top—The Man Who Owns the Internet—but it’s still a fascinating read.
