  1. Regarding the piece on the ReDigi case, “No such thing as a used eBook,” Judge Sullivan’s word is not likely to be the last on the doctrine of First Sale in the digital age. Duke’s Kevin Smith, for example, is convinced that we’re not yet done with First Sale. See: http://blogs.library.duke.edu/scholcomm/2013/04/02/were-not-done-with-first-sale/
