Reminder to IDPF Members — Board of Directors election

This is a reminder, as one IDPF member to another, to be sure to vote in the IDPF Board of Director Election now underway. According to the voting instructions, the deadline is 2400 EST on Wednesday, January 10th, 2007. Since to me there’s ambiguity as to what day that is (hopefully Nick Bogaty will clarify that for everyone), I encourage everyone to submit your vote by this Tuesday, at the latest.

DigitalPulp Publishing has already announced it will cast one of its two votes for George Kerscher and his guide dog Nesbit (see picture at the right). Of course, we urge you to likewise consider casting a vote for George. Refer to a recent TeleRead blog article explaining DPP’s endorsement position, as well as George’s nomination statement.

As noted in our previous article endorsing George, the most important thing is that all IDPF members vote in this Board Director’s election, regardless of who you intend to vote for. Vote!
