Log in as you would on a desktop. Navigate to the file you want to download. Touch the icon at the right which is a filled downwards triangle in a circle. You should now have a menu with a choice of share link or delete. touch the Share Link and you get asked if you want to download . The Glo is a better gadget. The Kindle store is a better bookstore. Kobo really needs to add an Archive feature. I don't want all my books to download as happens on Kobo gadgets. I wonder though if the Kobo company / Indigo/ Chapters aren't responsible for blocking Amazon & B&N products from making a headway in Canada. I have both the Glo & the Paperwhite.
