eCub won’t do WYSIWYG, and there’s no PDF output, but it still could be of interest to small publishers that want to do ePub and paper books.

Thanks to Mike Cane, who is excited.

Now, if only the OpenOffice folks can code what I have in mind, ePubWriter—to include all the capabilities on my dream list. One big challenge is to be able to work gracefully with both reflowable formats and PDF and also get first-class previews.
