Is the wonderful PalmFiction reader—regardless of its name—destined for your Windows Mobile handheld? Not to mention oodles of other Palm-OS programs? Check out an item in the Register:
Toronto-based StyleTap [link added] has released the final version of its Palm OS emulator and application migration tool for Windows Mobile devices – and it’s already pledging a Symbian version.
Also called StyleTap, the software runs apps written for any version of the Palm OS, including code created for the ARM-based version of the operating system, developed by PalmSource – as it was then – to help software developers move their code over from the old Motorola 68000 platform to the new ARM-equipped PDAs.
The biz terms: “Download a free 14-day trial of StyleTap Platform now, or purchase a copy of StyleTap Platform for $49.95 (US).” Specs and features: Here. About the 2005 date in the screenshot: Not sure about that.
