TeleRead selected as an Essential Site for Voracious Readers

TeleRead 100 Essential Sites for Voracious Readers [1]TeleRead was the recipient of a rather flattering honor earlier this week. On Wednesday, we were informed that we’d beenĀ featured on the just-published list of 100 Essential Sites for Voracious Readers [2], which is curated by Masters in English [3], “a site dedicated to helping students find the right graduate-level English program.”

“We built this list for our audience of aspiring graduate students in English literature and relevant fields,” says MIE’s Elizabeth Kelly. “But we think anyone who likes to get lost in a book will find something they love here.

The list of 100 Essential Sites is split into five different categories; TeleRead earned a respectable seventh place in the General Literature & Publishing category. And frankly, we’re surrounded by some pretty impressive company in the General Lit list, including the New York Times Review of Books [4], Project Gutenberg [5], The Millions [6], and Joe Wikert’s Publishing 2020 Blog [7].

Hooray for us! We rock! Off to hoist a glass in our honor. Too bad I don’t drink that much and it’ll probably be water.
