The TeleRead e-book blog now has an RSS reader for the iPhone and iPod Touch, thanks to the generosity of a fan in one of our favorite countries, Australia.
Read the latest TeleRead headlines and summaries and click on the posts you want to see in full.
Big thanks to Phi Bosua of LOL Software (lives in Melbourne). Remember, this is V. 1.0. Give Phil some constructive feedback and along the way thank him for his efforts.
Get the app at the App Store. Just search under the name TeleRead.
Yep, we confess: Phil sneaked in what looks like a Sony reader in the background of the icon.
But who cares, this is an e-book blog, not an Apple one, and maybe that’ll please Sony owner (though I’ll also admit I’m a big fan of Stanza, an e-reader for the iPhone and Touch).
iPhone and Touch owners can also read us, once again, in a special iPhone mode that they’ll see at our usual Web address of teleread.com.
It comes on automatically. Unlike some other WordPress plug ins for iPhone viewing, alas, you can’t switch from it to regular browsing mode, but when I have time, I’ll see if I can’t get a different plug-in going (corrected).

How can it be switched off? I’ve never figured that out.
You’re right, Chris, thanks. I was thinking of an iPhone plug-in I’m using at solomonscandals.com. I changed the copy.
