Will the Readius, the e-reader and cellphone combo with the foldable E Ink display, ever hit the market?

Maybe. But Polymer Vision, the company behind it, is bankrupt, as reported in Slashgear. Perhaps another company can pick up the pieces.

I’m sorry. But I wonder if, with the iPhone and Stanza-style e-reading apps around, the Readius will be missed as much as it might have otherwise.
