“I read this interesting blog post today about an author whose books got remaindered without notice to her rendering it impossible for readers to order new books. Wouldn’t be such a fiasco if they were put out in digital format too.” – Jane of Dear Author.com on Penguin’s shoddy treatment of Low Red Moon and Murder of Angels, by Caitlín R. Kiernan. At least for now, it would appear you’d have a crack at both books via the Net. Still, Penguin’s actions stink. Related: Wikipedia on remaindered books.
