LOWER grades due to laptop use?

Yes, laptops may improve students’ writing. But some studies suggests they may actually harm the students in other ways. See Ars Technica.

The e-book angle: Laptops should come with either books on them or pointers to books. And ideally the books should reflect typical students’ interests, not just be public domain classics and the like.
