POD-DY Mouth, a wonderful blog that provided exposure for countless e-books, is closing its doors. Here’s the last post. There’s a lesson: you can’t take voluntary efforts for granted, whether in the POD area, the e-book one or others.

The strategy for the TeleBlog has been to try to divide up the work, and I hope that other knowledgeable e-bookers will follow the example of our recent contributors such as Carol Jurd—and old-timers like Branko Collin and Jon Noring—and jump on in. We outpull LibraryJournal.com on many days and of course have been a major forum for discussion of e-book standards. Meanwhile continued thanks to Robert Nagle for helping out not just with contributions but also with technical services.
