Already WebScriptions had guidance for Kindle users. Now, piggybacking on the BookShelf app, it’s simplified downloading for owners of the iPhone and iPod Touch.
A multipublisher service, Webscriptions offers books from Baen, Del Rey, Subterranean Press and Tor, among others.

I continued to be amazed that the big mainstream publishers aren’t open to WebScription-style experimentation, which among other things can let readers enjoy previews of uncorrected manuscripts. In effect the reader becomes a collaborator, offering early feedback before it’s too late, as well as creating buzz. O’Reilly, as I recall, also offers some advance peeps.
