Amazon says my DX is scheduled to arrive on Thu 6/11…
Is the screen on the big kindle glass like it’s little brother? I’m scared to death of cracking the glass on my little kindle and treat it with kid gloves. This massively bigger screen would be a huge worry if glass.
Mine will arrive on the 11th also.
It will be interesting to see how quickly the complaints mount about screens breaking. The larger size would tend to imply greater fragility.
Everyone, best of luck with your DXes–and the screens in particular. And share with us your first impressions when your new babies arrive. Congrats! – David
