Adobe 9 still a hassle to install but a bit faster, says Washington Post tech columnist Rob Pegoraro

I hope Adobe listens to Rob’s gripes. And let me add my own. Granted, PDF is now an ISO standard, but that’s only the core format. You still need Adobe software to read Adobe-DRMed bestsellers. Social DRM, anyone?
What’s more, standards or not, a reflowable format is much easier to read on a small screen.
