However, this is very wrong on at least two counts. Authors aren't necessarily dishonest and customers aren't necessarily gullible. Might it not be better to simply label the reviewer as a writer than to indict him or her? Better yet, have that label link to a writer/reviewer's Amazon profile if they have one.
