Thanks for posting this review! I have used Blue Leaf on two separate occasions (once in 2010 and once a couple weeks ago), and it is as easy as pie. I mailed the books using USPS Media Mail, which is so cheap. The quality of the OCR'd text is better than archive.org or Google books...very impressed with the quality of the scans and OCR. I did not expect the formatted word documents with bold, italics, etc. I only expected unformatted text like archive.org/Google books has. A very nice surprise! Service seems much faster now than it used to be (at least it was for my more recent order). Email response time is also much faster now, same day! The price is extremely reasonable considering the amount of work. - Bon

I've had a great experience with another affordable bound book scanning service based in NY, www.boundbookscanning.com. They are a bit cheaper and faster
