As an examples, I can pay less than eight bucks (less than nine buck Canadian) at either Books on Board or the Sony eBook store for Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys, or I can pay $11.89 Canadian at Shortcovers, a full two dollars higher than they even charge for the p-book. What idiot is deciding on their pricing structure? Now can we get them to charge more reasonable prices? "eReader" is a specific e-book reading app and format owned by Fictionwise. Calling dedicated e-book readers "ereaders" can lead to too much confusion. However, six devices from the list alternatively support MOBI and not all owners will switch from the MOBI to the Adobe ePub firmware. Two of these (Cybook Gen 3 and DR1000S) don't have Adobe firmware today, although the Cybook firmware is due any day now. Shortcovers is distributing Adobe ePubs, and the device list is from Adobe.
