Because, except for the claim tha it would have a colour e-ink-like screen, the description matches that of the WePC. Could it be possible that the Pixel-Qi is in this device? Well, a couple of times Mary Lou Jepsen said they would rather not add a touchscreen layer for the sake of image quality (not at the moment). Anyone remember the Asus WePC? The main Pixel Qi office is also in Taiwan. More to the point, color e-ink isn't ready yet so either the device will just have a traditional LCD with its problems, or it will need something new to deliver color in this time frame.
