I'd like to see some honest reviews after they've ACTUALLY READ BOOKS DAILY on the device for six months or more. That's when the problems with the Cybook Gen 3 become obvious, and I imagine it's the same with other readers too. It's in USING the thing that you find out how well it works. And if problems come up in time, you attempt to find answers through the company, and find out what kind of service they provide. People always like their brand new readers.
