Only then is the layout editable. Just crudely replicating font type, size and text indentation isn't that valuable. I love it. I have an Ebookwise reader, so PDF > RTF is very simple. It's no hassle, and pretty fast unless there's a ton going through at once. It's also very good with formatting.
