I expect it to fall to $129-$139 (if not further) after the new release event. I bought the 16MB version, and use less than 20% of the memory. As for the larger-form-factor readers, I'm sure we're in for a fight, since Amazon, Apple, and Sony all have deep pockets. For example, Amazon could loosen their DRM in some way during a firmware update...while they're deleting books from your Kindle. :-) If you’re into reading (and other apps) more than you’re into lots of music, an 8GB iPod Touch is just fine.
