I mentioned other options and explained that on the Kindle page for the zine. The issue is free on .pdf, MobiPocket (from the steampunktales.com site) and on iPhone. However, they appear to be violating the standard Kindle publishing contract by setting the list price for the Kindle version at $4.99 while listing it for $3.99 on MobiPocket.com.
