That's a bit odd. After all, we covered its <a href="http://www.teleread.com/2009/05/22/apple-rejects-a-new-e-book-reader-because-it-can-download-the-kama-sutra/" rel="nofollow">controversial rejection</a> (for having access to the Gutenberg edition of the <i>Kama Sutra</i>) and <a href="http://www.teleread.com/2009/05/24/apple-changes-mind-pleases-koalas-everywhere/" rel="nofollow">eventual approval to the App Store</a>, a while back.
