Thanks, everyone, for the good wishes! For anyone who’s interested: There is no pain other than at the incisions, two in particular (out of four… all small). I’ve already tried eating some of the things that gave me attacks in the past, and have had no trouble digesting anything (yet!). I will be back at work on Monday, and unless someone walks up and punches me in the gut, expect to have no more serious problems.
