Doesn’t look like this would be a very useful feature, so I’ll drop the idea for now. I wouldn’t have the time to do a summary the way Garson suggests.

Below is one mock-up of a weekly review. It provides a more compact presentation, but I am not enthusiastic because it is easy to scroll and skim through the TeleRead blog itself. Hi Paul,

Just to add to the previous comments: a post with just inactive urls, is not much use. I need to copy and paste the link just to see what is behind a link.
You’ve got a recent posts list, an archive by date, a tag cloud, an overview of recent comments.
I think you provide ample enough pointers to posts that we might have missed the first time.

Thanks for the comments so far. With my software it takes too many clicks to turn the raw urls into actual links. That’s one reason I’m interested in peoples’ comments.

Would be a lot better if you use the headline and make them links to the articles instead of publishing the raw URLs….

Not in that format but a round up wouldn’t hurt.

Maybe the title of each post with a hot link built in. Just putting the link in full code doesn’t stand out to me.

I would rather see you spend your time on something else.

Between “recent posts, “subscribe by email,” “recent comments,” “tag cloud,” the search feature and old-fashioned scrolling through old posts when life keeps me from checking in everyday, I feel that I manage to catch the majority of the posts.
