		<description>Me, I&#039;m anti-loaded-titles minded... I&#039;d say the use of the title &quot;Czar&quot; puts a negative connotation on the job that will undermine any good that might come out of it.  Maybe &quot;IT-in-Chief&quot; would be better...

I don&#039;t have an issue with appointing someone who will rein in all of the madness associated with copyright and infringement right now.  I think they need to put more emphasis and effort onto education, directed both at the consumer and the producer, to the realities of electronic files and their place in commerce.  I believe misunderstandings in this area are the root cause of most of our problems, and straightening out those misunderstandings will start the process of intelligent progress faster than any law.</description>
