People are talking about the Oberon Kindle 2 covers not having the clips. That is a good thing. The clips lead to cracked screens. The Oberon covers have a very secure method of keeping the kindle in the cover. These are very nice.

Gorgeous! I love Brendan’s video with the un-ironed sheet behind him.

I’m going to buy one of these. The video convinced me to go with the non-velcro version in case I ever want to sell the Kindle 2.

Way more convenient than the Amazon cover that doesn’t have pockets for papers. And it looks as if I can clip my Mighty Bright light on it as well.

I’ve had corner tabs on my Kindle 1 and in a couple of cases for the Kindle 2. They all work fine and are very secure – no worries on that account.

Any concern over the lack of the official Kindle2 “hinge mechanism”? Seems like it’s a lot more secure than those corner tab things.
