Recent BlackBerries like the Storm and the Bold have 480x360 screens, which is better, pixel-wise, than the 320x480 screen my eBookwise has, though even on the touchscreen Bold, the screen is physically smaller (3.25 vs 5.5 inches diagonally). So the screen is certainly sharp enough to read on, just a bit small.
