Apparently the AP don't realize what kind of a migraine they are making for themselves. The AP is trying to impose it's own interpretation of American fair use on the entire WWW. FYI: the WWW extends _beyond_ the borders of the USA. It is found in many countries. Another FYI: if you want to collect that license fee from a blogger in (for instance) Mongolia, you have to hire a lawyer in Mongolia to file a lawsuit. Good luck with that.
