		<description>Wordpress doesn&#039;t do annotations, either privately or publicly. To do annotations, you&#039;d also need  versioning. WP does workflow (as does other CMSs),  but the editor couldn&#039;t keep track of edits and changes. 

In that respect, office applications are way ahead.</description>
