		<description>For some years now it has been the policy of the Hugos to try to make all of the nominees in the three short fiction categories freely available online. This is working very well. Indeed, this year 8 of the 15 stories were also available in audio. Getting novels available is more difficult, although these days many Hugo nominees can be purchased in ebook format. A few top SF authors also release their books electronically under Creative Commons licenses.

As to ebooks winning, the Best Fanzine Hugo has once gone to a publication that was only published online (though it was available as a printable PDF for people who prefer paper).</description>
