		<description>It&#039;s REALLY ANNOYING to me that people complain about SPECIFIC INSTANCES of a technology rather than the technology itself...

There is NOTHING that prevents a properly built PDF from working PERFECTLY on a PDF/portable device.  It can happily reflow, change font size, etc.   PDF, as a file format, offers ALL of the advantages of XML (including logical structure) PLUS the advantages that it has always offered in rich content storage and presentation.

And in the same vein, there is LOTS of XHTML out there that will NOT play well on small devices.

I am not saying that PDF is the ultimate eBook format, but I am saying that if you are going to rant about something - at least do it with facts instead of inuendo.
